Where

In 1920, a 16.7-hectares section of the ‘Masia de la Cova’ gave rise to ‘Mas d’Espinós’, which has maintained its agricultural activity to the present day.

The most outstanding feature of this farmhouse is the presence of a masonry oil mill, dating from the first decades of the 20th century and attached to the main house.

The gardens that surround the farmhouse are decorated with elements of traditional agriculture, probably originating from the farmhouse itself, such as carts, millstones and presses for oil mills, wrought iron pieces, and even gravestones with rich ceramic decorations. All of them are a reflection of life in the farmhouse at the beginning of the century, and how the farmland was used to produce olive oil.

Nowadays, and after an agricultural transformation at the end of the 20th century, the dominant crops in the farmhouse are citrus fruits, which are sustained by the large irrigation pond dating from 1923.

In the eastern area of the farmhouse, a 3.5-hectares pine forest stands out as the border between the farmhouse and the urban area of Manises.
